I have a china pattern. Yes, I am 23 years old and single in 2008. Yes, if I have more than, say, five people over at a time one of them will have to drink champagne out of a chemical beaker. But I have eight matching, beautiful place settings. If I were a 50s housewife, I'd feel so fulfilled. I feel pretty fulfilled anyway.
